Whether you’re a musician, teacher, or just a music lover, this workshop will help you discover the ways in which music can enhance your ability to connect with others, express your emotions, and build meaningful relationships.
Through a series of interactive exercises and discussions, you’ll learn tools and ideas to help you use music to communicate more effectively. In this work shop these will be specifically tailored to those working in adolescent educational settings. You’ll explore the different types of musical communication, from nonverbal expression to singing and songwriting, and learn how to tailor your approach to fit the needs of your class/group.
