High Impact Senior Leadership
High Impact Senior Leadership is a virtual leadership development programme designed for Leaders within Music Hubs, led by Andy Hind.
Formerly known as Six Dimensions of Leadership, this revised development programme is explicitly designed for Heads of Service and Senior Leaders in Music Hubs. The course helps develop leadership skills, thinking and practices, allowing organisations to foster ‘followship’ principles and ensure good succession planning for solid and expanding futures.
As an added bonus, all delegates are assigned a mentor to provide x4 fully subsidised 1 hour mentoring sessions to complement the course.
