High Impact Senior Leadership is a virtual leadership development programme specifically designed for Heads of Service and Senior Leaders within Music Services, Music Hubs and Schools, led by Andy Hind.

This programme has been specifically designed to offer Heads of Service and Senior Leaders the time and space to engage in a high-impact leadership development programme. Participants will be introduced to a range of modern leadership practices whilst also developing essential principles that ensure effective succession planning.

Dates:

The High Impact Senior Leadership programme consists of six modules over 6 months, with two 3hr workshops in each module. Each session will include a 15-20min break.

He is currently the Senior Consultant with Enhancing Learning Ltd and is supporting schools, colleges and Music Services across the U.K., Europe and Asia with continual improvement, leadership development and outstanding professional practice.
