I.D.E.A.L Network

The Inclusive, Diverse, Equitable, Accessible Leaders (I.D.E.A.L) network is for leaders & practitioners in EDI roles, aspiring inclusion leads, and those looking to implement inclusive practices within their organisations. The programme runs on a rolling basis, delivered by SLS 360 and led by their CEO and Founder Samantha Stimpson.

The network will provide you with opportunities for learning and growth, problem-solving and knowledge-sharing, and peer-to-peer networking. Members of the network will have access to:

• A monthly insight session: a webinar, masterclass, or workshop
• A monthly online network meeting for group discussions, and termly in-person meetings
• Peer mentoring and valuable EDI consultancy on tap!
• An online community which includes a resource library, toolkits and social network platform for Q&A

SLS360 is offering Music Mark members a subsidised rate of £75 +VAT per month, which Music Mark will further subsidise, bringing the cost down to £50 +VAT per month. Delegates will be invoiced as a one-off payment for their first year subscription (£500 +VAT for the subsidised rate, £750 +VAT standard rate). These offers are priced per person and capacity restricted so to benefit, it is advisable to book as soon as possible.

Session dates to the end of 2025:

• Masterclasses (recorded for catch up), all running 11am-12:30pm: 15th April, 13th May, 10th June, 15th July, 9th September, 7th October, 4th November
• Networking, all running 3:30-5pm: 26th February, 26th March, 30th April, 28th May, 25th June, 30th July, 24th September, 22nd October, 19th November
• Specials (details TBC): 12th August 3-5pm, 9th December 10am-3pm

Please Note:

Music Mark is facilitating sign-ups at our special rate for this course, but this course is run by SLS360. Therefore all details you provide will be shared with them and you will be required to sign their client agreement following registration.

Payment: Once details are passed to SLS360 they will issue an invoice for the minimum fee. However, if this isn’t possible to pay in one lump sum, let us know and SLS360 will discuss payment options separately.

The registration below states ‘Free’ however please note that this is because all invoices will be issued by SLS360 and not through Music Mark. You will be charged at the ticket price listed in the description.
