The Leadership Collective: Striking a Balance
Join The Leadership Collective as they explain how can we succeed in attaining a healthy work-life balance.
When it seems like there are not enough hours in the day, how can we succeed in attaining a healthy work-life balance? This workshop helps to bring ‘life’ back into work! We will explore the range of factors that promote greater workplace satisfaction, focus and efficacy, together with developing healthy habits for striking your own balance and prioritising time for rest, play and feeding your joy.
This is an interactive workshop relevant to people in all stages of their career, especially those with leadership responsibilities. Participants will engage in exercises which support them to reflect on where they allocate their time, energy and attention; develop a critical awareness of invisible labour; set sustainable boundaries, and implement effective ways of managing the increasingly blurring lines between work and personal lives.
Facilitated by The Leadership Collective: training and coaching for empowered, inclusive and thriving workplace cultures.
This session will be led by Ayesha Nathoo and Carmel Cardona.
“I like the feeling that everyone in the ‘room’ was in a similar position – finding it hard to say no, feeling guilty about leaving work – looking for solutions…”
