The College

London College of Music Examinations offers examinations in Music, and in Drama and Communication which are held at centres worldwide as well our Digital platform that offers both recorded and live online exams (coming shortly). Our qualifications are unique in the graded exam sector in being awarded by a University.

The Person 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience and will have excellent customer service experience. They will be experience in teaching or in working with teachers, with strong skills in instrumental music as a taught subject, as they will be working for the majority of the time with professional musicians and music teachers.

They will have excellent telephone, writing and drafting skills, and will be adept at the explanation and interpretation of written rules and instructions. They will be patient and helpful, and prepared to dedicate their attention to providing excellent customer service.
