Our diverse charitable projects support disadvantaged and vulnerable children, children in care, children and adults with additional needs (including mld, sld, pmld, asd) and adults who are at risk of isolation and loneliness. About the Role
As a Brass Teacher with us, you’ll play a crucial role in developing the skills and musical passion of our students. This role is not just about teaching techniques; it’s about motivating our students to understand and love the broad and vibrant world of brass instruments. You will be responsible for nurturing their talent, challenging their limits, and guiding them through an immersive educational journey.
We are interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Small group/one-on-one teaching (all ages up to 18)
- Whole class instrumental teaching
- Ensemble direction (from beginner to advanced)
- Experience working with children with additional needs (in mainstream and special schools)
- Strong knowledge of music repertoire and examination systems (from beginner to advanced)

All appointments are on a permanent, term time only, employed basis. FTE salary range £22,065.00 to £28,333.00 (part-time salary is pro rata, depending on hours worked) paid in 12 equal instalments over the year
