We’re looking for a proactive, dedicated, and collaborative team player with great communication skills to work as part of our Operations Team and have a key role in supporting customers on the phone and by email. You will also support the wider staff team across the business with varying tasks, help Members place orders, look out for enquiry trends and interesting customer feedback, and dispatch products to customers.

You will already have experience in customer services and office administration, and will have a deep understanding of how to handle public facing enquiries efficiently and effectively with the aim of achieving first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction. You will be a meticulous person with exceptional attention to detail, and a strong desire and drive to collaborate to help and support customers, your colleagues, as well as the business.

You will be part of a friendly and creative team in a busy, award-winning digital music education business that provides opportunities for children and young people to sing regularly for all the benefits that brings. This role will give you an unparalleled opportunity to be trained in-the-job, develop new skills, and learn about different aspects of operations within a small business.

Our workforce is diverse in many areas but underrepresented in others. We understand how people with different lived experience can enrich the work we do and for this reason, we welcome and encourage applications from Black, Asian, and ethnically diverse backgrounds, people with a lived experience of disability and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. Shortlisting will be anonymised, and final selection will be based on merit only and will not be based on any diversity criteria or targets.
