Ensemble Leaders (Conductors) and Assistants
Salisbury Area Young Musicians is the thriving home of ensemble music making in Salisbury for children and young people. From January 2025 we have vacancies for ensemble leaders/assistants to join our dynamic team. Woodwind, brass or string specialists, we welcome applications from inspiring tutors.
With fifteen different bands, choirs and orchestras rehearsing weekly during the school year, Salisbury Area Young Musicians (SAYM) is Wiltshire’s largest young musicians’ club.
We have new posts available to join our Saturday morning team (up to 3 hours, term time only) from January 2025. Woodwind, brass or string specialists, we welcome applications from inspiring tutors. Successful applicants will be dynamic professionals ideally with experience of conducting/working with ensembles, but we are also happy to consider suitable candidates new to leading ensemble music making.
Suitable for UK based applicants eligible to work in the UK.
