Instrumental/Curriculum Music Tutors
Hounslow Music Service is a charity providing high-quality musical opportunities for more than 7000 children and young people in Hounslow, in and out of schools every week.
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled string musicians to join our team for a range of work in and out of schools (Primary and Secondary), and on Saturday mornings. We are keen to hear from candidates across all disciplines, but we are particularly keen to hear from musicians with the following specialisms;
- Strings, upper and lower bowed
- Curriculum music (primary)
- Woodwind, especially clarinet
- Guitar/ukulele
Full training and induction will be provided to all successful applicants. You will be joining a team of highly skilled, enthusiastic musicians and work in schools with lots of support for music. We are particularly keen to hear from those who are underrepresented in the workforce, and our building is fully accessible for anyone with access requirements.

Hounslow Music Service
Hounslow Music Service provides instrumental and vocal lessons to learners of all ages and all abilities, both in and out of school time. In addition to these lessons we also offer a structured, progressive ensemble programme at our midweek music centres and organise performances and projects to complement pupils’ learning.
