Music Service Manager

As part of the Culture and Enrichment team, you will be responsible for managing the North Lincolnshire Music Service, working closely with schools and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality music offer across the region. You will manage a team of professional music tutors, ensuring that the day-to-day operation runs smoothly, that timetables are met, and be the main point of contact for all school enquiries.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about music education and improving opportunities and outcomes for children and young people. We want someone who has the skills and knowledge to ensure the Music Service’s remains financially secure, with good advocacy skills, able to promote the benefits of music education to schools and others,  as well as being innovative and creative around developing new opportunities for children.

North Lincolnshire Music Service is a strategic partner of the Humber Music Hub. Working alongside colleagues in Hull, East Riding and North East Lincolnshire, you will take a leading role in developing this new Music Hub, establishing plans and strategies to improve music making opportunities and experiences for young people across the Humber region.
