Music Technology & Creative Composition Teacher
M:Tech is the leading music technology and composition course for primary schools in the UK. From January 2025, we are seeking an inspiring teacher to join our dynamic team and lead weekly after-school sessions in Reigate.
M:Tech is a weekly music technology and composition course for children in primary schools across London and the South East.
Led by our team of talented teachers, the M:Tech course introduces young learners to music composition and theory in a modern, hands-on way, using technology to create unique soundtracks for movie trailers, TV adverts, video games, and more. Our goal is to empower children to take their first steps in creating their own music.
Skills and Experience
- Passionate about the importance of music, with a genuine desire to help all children express their musical ideas
- Confident, warm, and engaging personality
- Practical experience with music technology and instruments in a professional setting
The Role
M:Tech partners with over 100 schools, teaching nearly 3,000 children each week. We are seeking an inspiring teacher to join our dynamic team and lead weekly after-school M:Tech sessions in Reigate.
Full M:Tech teacher training is provided and all safeguarding and DBS checks are managed by M:Tech at no cost.
