Are you a disabled musician or the parent/carer of a disabled child who enjoys music? Do you teach music or run music projects for children or adults? We are asking everyone involved with music education to share their experiences to help us capture a detailed picture of the experiences of disabled people regarding music making.  The findings will be made publicly available on the Creative United website and shared with educators, funders, and policymakers across the UK to inform the planning of future projects and investment.
