I’M IN is a self-analysis diversity & inclusion (D&I) tool helping organisations to identify where improvement and change is needed.
As part of Talk Into Action, Music Masters and Music Mark are subsidising the cost of the I’M IN Supported Route for Music Hubs and Services who are members of Music Mark. The I’M IN Supported Route builds support around the assessment tool to help organisations identify where and how to turn their conversations into action. This route is a more structured and tailored experience, requiring commitment of time and focus from participating organisations who in turn benefit from the support of a designated I’M IN Advisor, an experienced D&I professional. The usual cost of this route is £750 but the subsidised cost is £600.
I’M IN was created by Music Masters to challenge and support organisations to make progress on their own diversity and inclusion journeys, as part of a community of like-minded organisations committed to making deep and sustained sectoral change.
